1. Prices and terms:
All goods will be send after we have received the full payment for your ordered items (payment in advance).
All costs concerning shipping are for the recipient. Prices are liable to changes and do not always have to be applied.
The customer has the obligation to inform himself if necessary. Recent pricing is reflected on the site. Insurance of all goods is the complete responsibility of the customer. Each form of loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours after reception to Tpg-Post and to us.
Vinylstunter will in no manner be responsible for loss, damage or robber stable of parcels and or the contents of it. By placing an order the customer automatic contents with the conditions that are mentioned here.
Our system’s shipping module will calculate a standard shipping method which will be applied to all orders that have been made by the customer. The method of shipping will only be modified at the clear request of the customer by e-mail or phone, for example if you like to have your parcel shipped with a registered service. If you do not request another shipment method than the system calculates you will fully agree upon the automatically calculated shipping cost the system maintains.

2. Orders:
We guarantee that all goods which are sent from our stock will leave in mint or sometimes near mint unless otherwise stated. Possible lacks of used items will be mentioned in the description as good as possible, still the customer is obligated to inform himself about the actual state of a second hand record when he thinks it’s not clear. We do not accept returns of orders unless a specific agreement has been made between us and the customer. All shipping and stamping errors must be reported within 24 hours after reception. If the report is not done within the period of 24 hours the customers looses the right of a possibility compensation. All send - and customer fees (oa the 4% fee over Paypal payments) made by the customer in the payment process are at all times at the expense of the customer.

3. Payment conditions:
Pre-pay payment by means of bank or giro transfer: We ship the order after full payment is recieved on our bankaccount.
Paypal/ credit card payments: We ship the order after full payment is recieved on our Paypal account.

If the payment for your order has not been received within 14 days your order will be deleted from the system and your previously ordered products will be available for other customers again, we are not obligated to keep your order reserved after this period. Commonly: If a payment has to be adjusted the customer is obligated to inform us as soon as possible. Orders will be sent as soon as we have received the complete payment and all articles on stock are available and ready for shipment. If we have received no payment within 14 days after the day of the order your order is removed from the system and the products which have been ordered will be available again for others. At all times we reserve the right to claim compensation of possible made costs and/or damage which have been made when a customer places his order. All costs which are made in the payment process are at the expense of the customer. For a smooth transaction and fast shipment it is of importance that the customer clearly notes the order number of his order at the transaction. All goods remain in possession of Blazinhot Records until the complete payment of goods has been received.
